Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the services work (e.g. remembering your cart), to measure traffic and for advertising. We use cookies that are not strictly necessary only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the website or in your browser settings.
Relationship with Shopify
The services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit to the services will be transferred to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in countries other than where you live. For more information about how Shopify uses your personal information, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. You can also exercise your rights through the Shopify privacy portal.
Third-party websites and links
The services may contain links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites that are not affiliated with us and that we do not control, please read their privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of such sites, or for the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information on them. Information you disclose in public or semi-public areas (e.g. on social networks) may be viewed by other users without restriction. Including a link does not imply endorsement of the content on that platform or of its owners or operators.
Children's data
The services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and ask for its deletion. As of the effective date of this policy, we are not aware of "sharing" or "selling" personal information of persons under 16 years of age.
Security and retention of your information
No security measures are perfect and we cannot guarantee "perfect security". Information you send us may not be secure in transit. Please do not use unsecured channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information.
How long we keep your personal information depends on the purpose of processing. We keep data needed to perform a contract for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to handle any complaints and disputes. Accounting and tax documents (invoices) are kept for 10 years as required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw consent. After the periods expire, we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute, apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline your request where the law allows.
- Right of access. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to erasure. You may request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to rectification. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.

- Right to object and to restrict processing. You may ask us to stop or restrict the processing of your personal information for certain purposes, in particular for direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent. Where we process data based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may withdraw consent to the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can do so in the cookie settings or by email to pbtprint@pbtprint.sk. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we will treat it as an opt-out request for your device and browser. We do not recognise other "Do Not Track" signals.
- Managing communication preferences. You can decline promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. Even after unsubscribing we may send you emails about your account and orders.
You can exercise your rights by emailing pbtprint@pbtprint.sk or within the services. For more on how Shopify uses your personal information and what rights you have against it, visit privacy.shopify.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Before processing a request we may ask you to verify your identity.
